Regional Pricing Analyst
G4S, a global leader in security solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Pricing Analyst to join our team in our Africa Regional Office based in Centurion. This pivotal role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong financial acumen and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies across a diverse regional landscape.
In this critical role, you will:
Develop and Implement Regional Pricing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive pricing models that optimize revenue and profitability across the African region, considering market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and cost structures.
Conduct In-Depth Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Perform Financial Modeling and Analysis: Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, assess profitability, and forecast revenue impact.
Provide Pricing Guidance and Support: Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to provide expert pricing guidance and ensure consistent application of pricing policies.
Monitor and Evaluate Pricing Performance: Track key pricing metrics, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments to optimize pricing effectiveness.
Manage Pricing Compliance: Ensure adherence to pricing policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Lead Pricing Projects: Drive pricing initiatives, including pricing system enhancements and process improvements.
Present Pricing Data: develop and present pricing data to senior management.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in pricing analysis, preferably within a multinational or regional organization.
Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies in diverse markets, ideally within the African region.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
Deep understanding of pricing principles, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with pricing software.
Experience with regional pricing.
