Your Mission

You won’t be managing.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Own the delivery of KPIs, SLAs, and client success across multiple campaigns
Lead and mentor high-performance teams — from Team Leads to frontline agents
Build operational systems that are fast, scalable, and people-focused
Collaborate with Workforce, Training, QA, and client partners to drive excellence
Identify problems before they happen. Solve them before anyone notices.
Set the tone. Shape the culture. Be the spark that lifts the floor.

What You Bring

7+ years in BPO operations with proven experience leading large teams
Track record of launching, scaling, and winning in fast-growth environments
Deep understanding of metrics, service delivery, and performance optimization
Leadership that inspires people to do more than they thought possible
Clear communicator. Fierce executor. Grounded in humility. Obsessed with results.
