The purpose of the job is to investigate short payments or non-payments on all account enquiries from customers regarding hospital, private nursing and sub-acute facility claims. The incumbent is responsible for the clinical evaluation of the enquiry and to apply clinical knowledge on the feedback or granting of benefits. Applying PMB benefits as per CMS guidelines, protocols and policies, scheme.
