Job Summary:

The Senior Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the business’s administrative operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with extensive experience in office administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

● Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and general administration.

● Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

● Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

● Maintain and update internal databases.

● Assist in streamlining administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.

● Manage office operations, including procurement, supplier coordination, and facility maintenance.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
