- Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng) or eligibility to obtain registration will be highly advantageous.
- Minimum 12–15 years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Extensive experience within mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Extensive construction, commissioning and operational readiness experience.
- Strong vendor management and contractor management experience.
