Job Purpose

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales and Bids for Cigicell who will champion sales excellence, mentor and guide a high-performing team, and take ownership of our bid processes to help us expand our footprint and revenue streams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
Manage end-to-end bid processes including governance, delivery, and post-bid review.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with municipal and key enterprise clients.
Guide the team in preparing persuasive proposals and client pitches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and customer service teams.
Manage online tender portals and oversee bid documentation and compliance.
Drive continuous team development and performance improvement

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience
Experience in a Senior Sales role with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong experience in municipal/government sales and high-value contract bidding.
