Responsibilities

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences to enhance our market presence and thought leadership.
Drive innovation in client service delivery and internal processes to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing high-value client accounts.
Extensive experience in the South African market and a deep understanding of the local business landscape.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
Excellent client relationship management abilities, including the capacity to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Advanced financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
In-depth knowledge of South African financial markets and regulations.
Strong understanding of global market trends and their impact on local markets.
