As an eCommerce Senior Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end ecommerce experience for a product portfolio, taking ownership of the strategic vision to drive growth through every stage of the sales funnel—from awareness to conversion. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating across diverse teams, you will ensure that clients experience a smooth and satisfying journey, maximizing conversion rates and delivering tangible business value.

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Information Technology, Informatics, Digital Marketing

Experience Required

Business Enablement

Business & Commercial Banking

7-10 years experience in driving digital sales growth, managing eCommerce or digital product portfolios, and optimizing sales funnels to deliver measurable business value.

7-10years experience in data-driven decision making, including analyzing client behavior, interpreting digital performance metrics, and using insights to prioritize and scale high-impact initiatives.

5+ years experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing direct and indirect contributors, and collaborating across marketing, experience design, product, and technology teams to achieve shared outcomes.

3+ years experience in presenting strategies and outcomes to senior leaders, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

Preferred: Experience in digital transformation, product management, or leadership roles requiring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
