*Key Responsibilities:*
– Manage daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
– Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness
– Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting our brand values and mission
– Analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability
– Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sustainable practices and strategies
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity
*Requirements:*
– 5+ years of experience in spa management
– Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and building strong brand awareness
– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Passionate about sustainability, eco-friendliness, and promoting environmentally responsible practices
