Senior IT Technician (IP Surveillance & Access Control) Jobs in Cape Town at Barrett’s Recruitment /Workhouse
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Technician specializing in maintaining an IP Surveillance site that has Axis cameras & Milestone XProtect VMS.
Running with projects and manage the maintenance on a 1600 camera site.
Willing to assist where needed.
Must-have Skills:
IP Cameras:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in using IP Cameras.
Solid understanding of core principles and best practices.
Maintaining existing Axis cameras.
Video Management Software:
Minimum of 2 years of experience of using any Video Management Software.
It will be an advantage if candidate has experience with Milestone XProtect® VMS
Microsoft Software & other related software:
2 years of hands-on experience with software installations and maintenance.
Project Management:
Be able to manage site projects
Able to communicate with the client
Languages Proficient In:
Afrikaans and/or English: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Location and Salary:
Employment Type: Permanent contract that is strictly monitored with performance.
Additional Qualifications
Axis and Milestone certification not required but would be of an advantage.
