Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm

We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our remote team in South Africa. You’ll support UK customers across all levels – from 1st to 3rd line – covering Microsoft systems, networking, and VoIP.
What You’ll Do
Provide full IT support from 1st to 3rd line
Troubleshoot issues in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server
Set up and support VoIP systems (e.g. 3CX, Yealink)
Handle desktop problems, user setups, printing, and software installs
Manage VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and other network tools
Keep tickets and documentation accurate and up to date
Work closely with UK clients and our remote technical team
What You’ll Need
3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a big plus)
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows desktop/server, and VoIP
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Good understanding of networking basics
Great communication skills in English
Microsoft certifications (nice to have)
