MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Syspro experience ESSENTIAL
Matric
3 Years work experience
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
Working closely with Procurement Manager
Follow through on price increases/decreases as negotiated by the Procurement Manager (including attending meetings with suppliers)
Placing and administering Purchase orders as instructed by the Procurement Manager
Overseeing and assisting two Inventory Controllers
Production job cards
Communicate with Production department
Loading bill of materials
Stock write off’s
Stock adjustments/stock transfer
Opening of stock codes
Processing returns
Cost changes
Processing reworks in production
Processing decanting
Invoicing
