Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in shaping innovative, conceptually strong interior environments from design through to delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, leadership qualities, and advanced proficiency in Revit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior architecture projects from concept through to completion
- Develop design concepts, space planning, finishes, and detailing
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee documentation and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards
- Mentor and review work of junior team members
- Conduct site inspections and collaborate closely with construction teams
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong conceptual design and problem-solving ability
- Excellent proficiency in Revit
- Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
- Confident communication
- Site experience or exposure is a significant bonus
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality interior design work as well as technical ability
- Well organised, deadline-driven, and focused on design integrity at all phases
- Driver’s licence and availability to attend project sites as needed
