We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and enhance our human resources function. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the HR team across areas such as recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and compliance.
Oversee performance management programs, compensation and benefits planning, and succession strategies.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve organizational outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of an organization.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Deep understanding of labor laws, HR technology platforms, and best practices.
