Job Summary:
The Senior HR Specialist will lead core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives while supporting a high-performance culture in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes – Implement and monitor HR policies in line with local labor laws – Support performance management and employee development initiatives – Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes – Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality – Drive engagement and retention strategies – Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – 5–8 years HR experience, preferably in fintech or a fast-paced industry – Strong knowledge of South Africa labor laws – Excellent communication skills – Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions independently Key
