Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across multiple platforms
Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
Mentor and support junior developers
Participate in code reviews and ensure best development practices are followed
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or IT-related certification
4+ years of Full Stack Development experience
Ability to manage and drive technical solutions with minimal supervision
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others
Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver
Capable of working under pressure and delivering quality solutions
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative environments
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Solid experience with C# and .NET Core
RESTful API development and integration
Relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB)
Understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
Test Driven Development (TDD) and version control (e.g., Git)
