Job & Company Description :
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing player in the construction and infrastructure development space. As they expand, they’re looking to bolster their finance team with a Senior Accountant based in the Pretoria area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience in a group or multi-entity environment, preferably within construction engineering or project-based industries.
Duties include (not limited to):
Preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements
Oversee the accounting and reconciliation of intercompany transactions
Ensure the proper recording of financial transactions for all subsidiaries
Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to senior management
Assist with strategic financial planning and forecasting for subsidiaries
Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital management
Education :
Completed BCom Degree in a related field
Experience :
5 years experience within a similar role
Construction industry experience required
