Position: Senior Financial Accountant Required New
Location: KwaZulu-Natal
Skills Provision is searching for a Senior Financial Accountant for a leading insurance company in South Africa.
The Senior Financial Account will be required to take responsibility for all financial and regulatory issues for the company.
Salary & Benefits
R 650,000 pa

The Role
Review of monthly journals.
Preparation of financial reports to management and board.
Preparation/review of client financial reports.
Preparation/review of group consolidation packs.
Complete and submit all regulatory reporting forms
Responsible for annual budgeting process.
Responsible for annual audit deliverables.
Performing tax calculations.
Completing ad hoc submissions to regulators.
Provide support to product development team.
Provide support to the administration team.
Provide support to Statutory Actuary.
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and directives.
Requirements
Relevant Degree (finance)
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the insurance sector
Natural leader
Organised and diligent
Commands respect
