Through curated networking, private communities, high-impact content, and live virtual and in-person events, we offer women the tools, visibility, and support they need to grow and lead with confidence.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of all our live experiences — with a particular focus on curating intimate, high-impact gatherings for our IMPACT tier, while also overseeing community-wide activations like summits, retreats, and lunch & learns.
This is a remote-first, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build from scratch, and understands the precision and nuance required to serve a high-level, high-touch community of women.
What You’ll Do
Curate and produce intimate, invitation-only events for senior women in our IMPACT tier — from private salons to leadership dinners.
Plan and deliver community-wide experiences like summits, retreats, and learning sessions (virtual and in-person).
Source and manage speakers, hosts, facilitators, and storytellers who align with our values.
Secure brand-aligned sponsors and strategic partners to support and elevate our experiences.
Collaborate with the founder and team on creative programming, content, and themes.
Lead all logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with professionalism and care.
Ensure all experiences — large and small — reflect our warmth, elegance, and depth.
You Are…
Experienced: 5–10+ years leading events for luxury, founder-led, or high-performance communities.
Creative & Strategic: You know how to craft both standout moments and meaningful experiences.

Warm & Professional: You know how to build trust with senior women, partners, and teams.

The Practicals
Type: Full-time
Travel: Required for live gatherings (approx. 2–4x/year)
