Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer, Reliability
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, Reliability to join our team and take ownership of enhancing the reliability and performance of our assets. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving safe operational and engineering standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the reliability of our equipment through effective Physical Asset Management processes, including routine work management, shutdown management, and the implementation of maintenance tactics and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) evaluations.
You will also play a key role in optimizing our use of CMMS (SAP PM) operational processes and conducting equipment-specific root cause analyses to drive improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the full realization of value through interfaces with departments such as Supply Chain Management.
