About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, automate and operate highly available, secure and scalable technology platforms supporting mission-critical applications. The role combines DevOps, SRE, cloud, platform engineering, automation and observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and platform services.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and rollback processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates and Ansible.
- Establish SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs and SLAs.
- Improve platform availability, resilience, performance and scalability.
- Lead incident response, problem management and root-cause analysis.
- Implement monitoring and observability using logging, metrics, tracing and alerting.
- Drive DevSecOps, security controls, vulnerability management and compliance.
- Support high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and contribute to architecture and technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 8+ years overall experience in software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps or platform engineering.
- 5+ years hands-on DevOps experience.
- 3+ years in SRE or production operations.
- Experience supporting mission-critical and large-scale enterprise platforms.
