Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Interior Designer with luxury bathroom experience for a full-time, on-site position based in the City of Cape Town. In this role, you will lead complex design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, developing design concepts, managing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver impeccable design solutions, adhering to timelines and ensuring superior quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with an ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings, ensuring all designs meet technical and structural standards.
- Proficiency in selecting and specifying Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to align with design aesthetics and project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software and tools.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes is preferred.
