Position: SENIOR DEBTORS CLERK KZN
Description : Red Cat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR DEBTORS CLERK for a well-established national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu-Natal.
Requirements
Grade 12.
Diploma / Degree in accounting or credit management.
Valid driver’s license / own vehicle.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, write and speak).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Advanced MS Excel skills essential.
Knowledge of Quick Trav and Papertrail is essential.
6yrs+ previous working experience as a debtor’s clerk.
Previous working experience in the travel industry would be beneficial.
Quality and quantity of processing both Land and Air.
Quality input into Papertrail (orders / invoices / payments).
Quality on debtors’ invoices and statements sent to clients.
Accounts experience.
