Position: Candidate Senior Consultant

Purpose:
The Candidate/Senior Consultant is a seasoned professional, with experience in business engineering, client engagements and project leadership. This role involves taking the lead in complex projects, from in-depth analysis through to the design and implementation of solutions, whilst maintaining strong and trusted client relationships. Senior Consultants embody the expertise and excellence that underpins the value Convergenc3 consistently delivers to its clients.

Responsibilities:
Align Consulting Initiatives with Client’s Strategic Goals:
Design and implement business solutions aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
Complex Analysis and Solution Crafting:
Conduct rigorous, in-depth analyses of client situations and craft bespoke, innovative solutions that drive substantial improvements and sustainable growth.
Project Leadership:
Assume responsibility for key deliverables, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and achieve high-quality outcomes.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing oneself as a trusted advisor for key client stakeholders and encouraging ongoing collaboration and partnership.
Team Development and Mentorship:
Mentor and guide junior consultants and process engineers, contributing to their professional development.
Contribute to Business Development Efforts:
Assist in crafting compelling business proposals and identifying new opportunities within the existing client environment.

Qualifications:
Min. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering
2-4 Year Work Experience
Familiar with digital transformation tools and technology platforms to enable data-driven decision-making and process optimisation.
Experience:
Extensive experience in a consulting, business process engineering, or business analysis role, with a demonstrated history of leading complex projects and delivering outstanding results for clients. Any preferred industry experience within the aviation or more ‘technical’ environment is encouraged.
