RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Financial and Administrative Tasks
Handling of Petty Cash
Handle all fraud allegations/complaints
Monthly and weekly statistics report writing
Attend to administrative tasks as and when requested to do so by the Department Head
System Maintenance
Reports and Statistics
Risk Management
Cash Claims
Funeral Arrangements
New Policies
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Matric (Grade 12)
§ : Category B FAIS Accredited
§ Clear ITC credit record
§ Clear criminal record
§ Where the consultant is not yet accredited, they need to be working under supervision with the
appropriate contact in place and under supervision of an accredited Key Individual
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Marketing experience
Computer literate and must be able to work under pressure
Good communication skills (English and two African languages)
Should be client friendly and service orientated
Listening and problem solving skills
1-2 Years life assurance, preferably in policy maintenance/client services environment
1-2 Years administrative experience
AVBOB Production system will be an advantage
