We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Car Wash Operations (Norwood & Fourways)
Aqua Dazzle Auto Spa is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Senior Manager to lead daily operations across our Norwood and Fourways branches. If you’re a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for both car wash locations’ overall performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of operational management, team supervision, and front-line customer engagement.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all day-to-day operations at both sites
Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners, drivers, and support staff
Ensure high-quality vehicle detailing standards are met consistently
Maintain schedules, allocate shifts, and manage team performance
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Oversee cash-up procedures, POS operation, and daily reporting
Manage inventory, chemicals, and equipment to ensure smooth operation
Implement efficient workflow processes and drive continuous improvement
Monitor maintenance needs and manage service contractors as necessary
Recruit, train, and onboard new staff as required
Enforce health & safety, and cleanliness standards across all areas
Candidate Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and own transport (essential)
Minimum 2 years of experience in team supervision or operations management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, assertive, and able to lead by example
Ability to work under pressure and multitask across sites
Knowledge of car wash operations is an advantage, but not essential
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skill set
