Red Cat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR CALL CENTRE MANAGER (SHORT-TERM INSURANCE INDUSTRY) for a large concern – position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng .
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Bachelors’ Degree or Masters’ Degree in Business Administration.
Evidence of continuous professional development.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Office skills.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience within a financial services environment.
Outbound call centre experience is ESSENTIAL.
5yrs+ working experience in leading cross functional and diverse teams.
Experience in partner and stakeholder management.
Proven sales track record.
Excellent financial acumen.
Strong management skills / team leader.
