Overseeing the entirety of a business analysis team and suggesting large-scale strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Analyzing business processes on a large scale and devising strategies to improve efficiency.
Leading and mentoring other analysts on a project, gathering and analyzing data, developing business plans, and improving company operations.
Developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and creating monthly reports on the performance of the business.
Bachelor’s degree
3 to 5 years of experience as a BA
Must have experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
Data analysis – Musthave proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
Work/Job Requirements:
Must be willing to travel 25 to 30% of the time
