Position: HIRING : SENIOR APPLICATIONS Engineer
The Senior Application Engineer will lead the Application Engineering department, overseeing daily operations and reporting to the HOD Sales Manager.
Responsibilities :
Approve proposals and manage related documents and trackers.
Develop and deliver induction / training plans for new engineers.
Oversee departmental assets, including procurement and vehicle checks.
Provide bi-weekly trial feedback and reports.
Manage the warranty claim process.
Assist on-site with performance issues (e.g., CURVE, Battlemax, Black Widow).
Drive improvements and report on project status.
Assist with recruiting new engineers.
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in centrifugal slurry pumps.
2-4 years managing a technical team.
B.Eng or BTec in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
