Senior Application Solutions Specialist
Responsibilities:
Provide Net Suite support and subject matter expertise to users
Assist with report writing and analytics efforts for company financial and operational information.
Assist with data and/or related systems integration projects specific to Net Suite
Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.
Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
Act as a system expert on production and sandbox Net Suite environments and related systems.
Develop and maintain workflows and processes in Net Suite to optimize platform.
Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solution designs to achieve defined business or process objectives.
Provides support to global colleagues via the IT ticketing system.
Complete additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience with the day-to-day technical management of the Net Suite platform is required.
Strong Net Suite ERP administration/development experience
Hands-on Suite Script experience to provide back-end customization.
Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting.
Strong understanding and experience in a project-based services organization.
Ability to do independent technical work.
Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms, and creating workflows.
Understanding of Net Suite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
Experience developing and maintaining reports in Microsoft Power BI (or other BI solution).
The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on a team with other IT professionals to provide effective support to the organization.
Ability to work U.S. hours.
Biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
