Open Positions
Full Time Cape Town
Build financial models for retail and hospitality expansion projects. Conduct market analysis, site assessments, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients planning multi-location growth.
Lead client engagements and mentor junior analysts. Drive complex expansion analyses for multi-location operators, manage client relationships, and contribute to VENTAR’s methodology development.
Build relationships with retail and hospitality operators planning expansion. Identify prospects, articulate VENTAR’s value proposition, and convert opportunities into client engagements.

You’ll work on actual client engagements from day one—analyzing real expansion opportunities, building financial models that drive decisions, and seeing the direct impact of your work on client success.
Build Deep Expertise

Who We’re Looking For Analytical Rigor
You’re comfortable with financial modeling, data analysis, and translating numbers into insights. You don’t just build spreadsheets—you understand what the numbers mean for the business and can communicate findings clearly to non-financial operators.
You’re genuinely interested in how retail and hospitality businesses work. You want to understand why one restaurant location thrives while another struggles, what makes a fitness studio profitable, how inventory turnover affects boutique economics. The curiosity is real, not performative.
