The Senior AI Developer is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and scaling advanced AI and agentic solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision, shaping the organisation’s AI roadmap while driving innovation, autonomy, and next‑generation digital capabilities.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Deep understanding of AI solution development, agentic systems, and modern AI frameworks.
• 5 to 7 years of hands‑on AI solution development.
• Experience working with senior decision‑makers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong background in data modelling, analytics, and designing AI‑driven solutions.
• Proficiency in C# and MS SQL (pre‑requisite).
• Experience with AI development platforms (e.g., Copilot or similar) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical capability and problem‑solving mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse large datasets.
• Strong report‑writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic AI Vision & Roadmap

• Define and continuously refine the organisation’s AI strategy and long‑term roadmap.
• Lead the development of autonomous, intelligent agentic systems that enhance operations across multiple business domains.
• Provide thought leadership and represent the organisation in industry discussions, forums, and public engagements.

 

2. AI as a Competitive Advantage

• Identify opportunities where AI can differentiate products, services, and customer experience in the market.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes—faster decision‑making, smarter operations, and improved client value.

 

3. Data & Technology Stewardship

• Oversee the design of scalable data architectures and pipelines that support machine learning, predictive analytics, and decisioning engines.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between AI tools, internal systems, and client environments.

 

4. Innovation Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Build strategic relationships with AI labs, universities, PropTech innovators, and enterprise technology partners.
• Actively participate in industry forums to drive the AI conversation and contribute to sector‑wide innovation.

 

5. Organisational AI Adoption & Culture

• Serve as the internal AI ambassador—educating teams, promoting adoption, and embedding AI into operational DNA.
• Lead internal upskilling initiatives to ensure teams are equipped for AI‑enabled workflows.

 

6. Responsible & Ethical AI

• Ensure all AI deployments follow ethical, explainable, and regulatory‑aligned practices.
• Maintain high standards of client trust, data governance, and responsible innovation.

 

7. AI Development & Technical Capability

• Lead the development of advanced AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in:

• Oversee full development lifecycles, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

 

8. Task & Workflow Management

• Ensure all development requests, enhancements, and support tasks are logged, tracked, and managed through the organisation’s service management and ticketing systems.
