We are seeking a well-driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk in our Finance Department.
Accounts Payable (Creditors)
Responsible for all the AP accounts.
Match Delivery Notes to Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices, and Credit Notes
Ensure that all the documentation for returns/rejects is done timeously
Processing invoices and updating batches daily
Reconcile all AP accounts to balance with AP statements
Run a monthly payment report for each AP account
Matric
Experience in both AR and AP
Experience with Sage Pastel is an advantage
Strong Administrative Skills
Available to start immediately
Own transport
