Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints, quality concerns, service issues, and billing queries.
- Engage with all levels of customer management to improve service delivery and product performance.
Technical Support and Industry Expertise
- Provide expert advice on animal nutrition and feed formulation.
- Assist customers with ration formulation utilizing Agri products.
- Interpret least-cost formulation models to determine market value and pricing strategies.
- Support management with technical and market insights
Industry Representation and Networking
- Represent the company at AFMA technical committee meetings and industry conferences.
- Participate in industry initiatives and projects.
- Build networks with customers, nutritional consultants, traders, and suppliers.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
- Maintain properly executed customer contracts and audit-ready documentation.
