Position: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT KZN
Description:
Red Cat Recruitment is on the hunt for a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR ACCOUNTANT for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
3-year undergraduate degree in financial accounting.
3-5 years’ experience working as a supervisor or manager of a team of bookkeepers in an accounting firm environment.
Very strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills is essential.
1-3 years’ experience with Xero or a cloud-based accounting platform.
Staff management experience.
Monitor task timelines to ensure that management account packs are received for review.
Assist the accounting staff with any queries that they may have.
Analysis of the management accounts with the financial manager and present to the retailer.
Meeting deadlines.
Salary package offered:
– Basic salary + commission (to be discussed)
