We are looking for a Seed Production Executive who will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of seed production research trials aimed at ensuring successful and timely launching of products in the Market.
The role will focus on identifying optimal agronomic practices, production protocols, quality standards, and data collection efficiencies operational efficiencies necessary for successful seed production trials.
You will :
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of seed production research trials.
- Ensure successful and timely launching of products in the Market.
- Identify optimal agronomic practices and production protocols.
- Establish quality standards and data collection efficiencies.
- Enhance operational efficiencies necessary for successful seed production trials.
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Seed Science, Crop Science, Plant Breeding, Horticulture, or related field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in agricultural research, seed production, or agronomy.
