Minimum Requirements:
PSIRA Registered – Minimum Grade C
Valid Firearm Competency Certificate (Handgun – Business Purpose)
Valid Driver’s Licence (Code 8 or higher, with clean driving record)
Minimum 2 Years’ Armed Response Experience
Clear Criminal Record
Willing to work shifts (Day/Night), weekends, and public holidays
Physically and mentally fit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge of response protocols, incident reporting, and patrol monitoring
Key Duties:
Respond to panic and alarm activations swiftly and professionally
Patrol assigned areas and check on client properties
Conduct risk assessments and report security breaches
Drive response vehicle in a safe and lawful manner
Maintain communication with control room and submit reports
Support guards and clients on-site during incidents
Enforce site safety and emergency protocols
