Atlantic Baking Company is a scratch made artisan bakery in Rockland Maine. We are looking to hire the right individual to join our bread department. Commercial baking experience and basic kitchen skills are preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Applicant must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours. Weekends are required as well as flexibility with scheduling. Our bread department is a night shift department with hours ranging from 3:00pm-11 pm.
