Position: Seasonal Parks Maintenance Staff

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
General maintenance of City parks and sports fields including mowing and edging.
Daily trash collection and cleaning of public restrooms located in City parks.
Operate equipment in a safe manner.
Report any unsafe and inappropriate situations to the Parks Maintenance Manager.
Assist with traffic control for special events.
Assist the Street Department in inclement weather or emergencies.

Special Requirements
High school diploma or general education equivalent (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
