What you will be doing:
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage the project backlog and prioritise work items.
Track project progress and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Continuously improve the Scrum process and team performance.
What our client is looking for:
A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
5+ years Scrum Master experience
3+ years project management experience
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Work Type:
This will be a 6 month contract initially – Will get renewed or made permament.
