We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Banking domain expertise to lead Agile delivery for critical banking transformation programs. The role involves driving Scrum practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery of complex financial applications.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach (5+ years)
- Proven experience in Banking / Financial Services projects
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
- Hands-on experience with tools:
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of:
- Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital banking / transformation programs
- Exposure to API-driven architectures / microservices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience working in multi-location/global teams
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM
- SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist (good to have)
