We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team on a 6-month contract (with potential for extension). The successful candidate will guide and coach teams in Agile methodologies, ensure smooth project execution, and foster a collaborative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preferred Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques (backlog refinement, user stories, DoD, etc.)
Familiarity with software development (C#, C++, SQL advantageous but not essential)
Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities
Managerial experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities :
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives)
Coach teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and frameworks
Act as a liaison between teams, product owners, and stakeholders
Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to ensure project success
Ensure high-quality deliverables at the end of each sprint
Promote continuous improvement and Scrum maturity
Foster a productive, ownership-driven team culture
