Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Scheduler for our client in Irene.
Scheduling installations and repairs with customers as per requests from customers, sales, technical support, and other staff.
Scheduling installation and repairs with Technicians.
Creating Telegram messages for running repairs and maintenance and deleting these alarms once completed.
Maintaining eWorks on an ongoing basis by:
Creating jobs with detailed instructions and needs analysis as required.
Assigning Technicians to jobs.
Emailing clients to confirm appointments and sending a second email for completion.
Checking all jobs for status after the appointment.
Rescheduling declined/abandoned jobs by creating a new job.
Liaising with procurement to check stock and fitment or repair requirements and boot stock with Technicians on an ongoing basis.
Taking responsibility and ownership for all job cards and tickets created by yourself, cleaning up job cards, emails, telegrams, and tickets on a daily basis.
Monitoring customer Whats App groups, telegrams, and emails and ensuring tickets or jobs are raised for the required work and that all requests and matters are completed to client satisfaction.
Providing feedback on the customer groups, telegrams, and emails after arrangements have been made or sent to ticket users and monitored until successfully closed.
Performing any additional functions within the job portfolio as required from time to time.
Reporting any inconsistencies and ongoing problems to management by email.
