Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Integrated Planning, with at least 5+ years hands‑on in SAP IBP.
- Strong functional expertise in at least two IBP modules:
- IBP for Demand (forecasting, DP, demand sensing)
- IBP for S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer goods, life sciences, manufacturing, high‑tech, etc.
- Prior experience with legacy planning tools (SAP APO, SNP, DP, PP/DS) and their migration to IBP.
- Understanding of advanced analytics and forecasting techniques; exposure to data science/ML for demand planning is a plus.
- SAP IBP certification or equivalent vendor/partner certifications.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.

- Leadership and team development skills; ability to build, mentor, and retain high‑performing teams.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment and managing multiple priorities.
