Requirements:

Recent experience of working in the field of Audit (preferably with top or mid tier firms) and a clear understanding of working in a regulatory environment.

An understanding of PwC’s service propositions, with a broad understanding of the firm’s strategy and priorities.

Passion for authoring highly effective content.

Experience in the design and development of face-to-face and technology enabled learning solutions.

Innovativeand creative in approaching new challenges.

Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively in verbal and written formats.

Ability to lead and develop self in the pursuit of delivering a distinctive and sustainable L&D service to the firm.

Operate with a global andinclusivemind-set, demonstrating commercial acumen and an understanding of the firm’s business priorities.

Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the talent, development and coaching strategies for the firm, the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE) partners with the business to deliver high quality development opportunities that enable both the firm’s strategic priorities and individual growth of our people. We are a team of well-connected people professionals who bring creativity, expertise and market insights and work with subject matter experts in our business to respond to the development needs of the firm.

Design Senior Associates work as part of a Portfolio Strategy Leader’s (PSL) team, and will report into the aligned PSL. However, the Design Senior Associate may report into the Senior Design Consultant (SDC) and support Design Consultants (DC) for programme delivery. Responsible for understanding the business objectives for a particular training need, they will support Design Consultants to translate these into key learning objectives, designing highly effective learning interventions to meet these needs.

This includes the use of learning design methodologies andinnovationand insights (from theInnovationand Investments Hub) to author content.
