Requirements
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power
BI.
Thorough understanding of HR processes and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent communication skills to motivate and engage teams.
Experience in developing performance measurement strategies and training programs.
Agile mindset with flexibility to adapt priorities quickly.
Ability to leverage data and insights to support strategic goals and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop effective solutions using data transformation and analytical tools based on stakeholder feedback.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with the People Function to align and ensure compliance of teams and solutions.
Consolidate reporting, insights, and dashboards across stakeholder groups.
Advise stakeholders across the function.
Upskill junior staff in data transformation and analytical tools.
Manage and coach team members to ensure project progress and pipeline oversight.
Utilize AI to enhance data visualizations and develop dashboards aligned with strategic priorities.
Provide insights to leadership on team performance and the overall People strategy.
Drive continuous process improvements through data-led initiatives.
