ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
German Language able to read/write and speak German Essential Incident Management (IM)
Change Management
(CM) Problem Management (PM) IT Operations Process Controls Good SAP System knowledge to support SAP Logistical Processes: SAP S/4
HANA system knowledge SAP WM & EWM process knowledge
Strong communication skills
with the ability to liaise with Business Users. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: SAP ABAP
Debugging
ITIL process knowledge and work experience (ITIL certification – advantageous) QUALIFICATIONS :
Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years IT work experience Minimum 2 years experience in an SAP Operations environment Minimum 2 years experience in an SAP Logistics Modules (WM & EWM)
