Essential Skills and Requirements:
SAP Technical Skills
SAP Basis skills (>6 years)
PaaS and IaaS knowledge, including cloud IaaS platforms like MS Azure and AWS
SAP HANA Database knowledge
SAP Oracle Database knowledge
Qualifications /
Experience:
Minimum 6 years SAP Basis experience
Extensive SAP knowledge with at least 4-6 years of practical system experience
Experience with Project Management methodologies in an SAP environment
Proven experience with Unix, Oracle, SAP ABAP, and JAVA-based systems on Net Weaver release
Experience with SAP system health checks, dump/trace analysis, and monitoring tools
Knowledge of Solution Manager Configuration, including CHARM and E2E Monitoring
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Understanding of standard ITPM frameworks or similar industry standards is advantageous
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Additional
Skills:
ITIL process knowledge and work experience (advantageous)
ITIL Foundation V3 certification (advantageous)
