- Play a key role in producing high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety, QA, USDA, and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Report any concerns related to food safety or quality.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and uphold SQF Food Safety Code standards.
- Support and assist where needed — your teamwork makes a difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable team players who are ready to support a safe and efficient workplace.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and established procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in food production or sanitation is a plus, but not required — we provide full training!
