The Candidate must have at least 3-5 years working experience within Sample set Clothing Industry, knows how to sew and assist 20 machinists, supervised the cutters and managed Patternmakers. The supervisor must be able to handle the volume and pressure. Be prepared to work on a Saturday till 1pm
MUST have organizational skills / Technical Skills / Garment construction knowledge
Be able to Sew – and assist 20 machinists when they have a problem
Job Description The purpose of the Sample set Supervisor, is to oversee the production line and manage the machinist team, cutters and patternmakers.
Education / Computer Packages:
Matric
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Sewing/Textile environment
Microsoft office
Duties And Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot problems that occur during production
Instruct and communicate accordingly with management and technical support
oversee the Sample Set production line according to production schedule and ensure deadlines and output targets are met daily.
Create a production schedule

Hands on Management (be proactive on the floor)
